Everything was very good, respectful staff, stunningly beautiful views of the gardens out the back of the hotel. The location was nice, on the outskirts of town, and my bed was super. Plus, it was not far from restaurants in Inverness, the city centre and two large retail parks and the Culloden Battlefield. Really enjoyed this good stay for a wedding so needing every camera device known to man...

Spacious Comfort and Friendly Service
The super beautiful king room was spacious and kept clean, with luxurious linens on a super comfy bed that gave us a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The dinner prices felt quite steep for what we received, which could definitely be improved.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at lounge restaurant for breakfast. The location was peaceful - just off the city centre and two large retail parks, Loch Ness and the airport. Moreover, it was 5 km from Nairnside. The lounge bar was available on the premises.

The Super Beautiful King room was spacious and super comfy. I really liked the luxurious linens on the bed. It made for a restful night. The view of the grounds was nice too. But we had to switch rooms twice because of noise from parties, frustrating. Dinner was overpriced for what we got, but breakfast was much better. A cozy stay with some bumps.

I have been before, so knew what to expect and had the same standard of room second time around. It was pleasant and spacious, with excellent Wi Fi and a good standard of bathroom and lovely views of the gardens. As this was a trip with my husband, we took the opportunity to escape to the restuarant and treat ourselves to dinner. I am so glad we did. EVERYTHING was first class and it has been years since we have experienced such fantastic service. The wine waiter was a dream and went out of his way to open a bottle of desert wine when my husband explained he was just wanting to have the one glass. Everyone was attentive and the food was the best we have had in ages. Breakfast was the same - impeccable, faultless service with attentive, although not intrusive staff that were freindly and pleasant. (Beautiful floral display in the reception - really elegant and smelled delicious!)
The reception was not as good as the rest of our experience with the receptionist not even breaking a into a polite smile for the purpose of courtesy. I had to ask what time breakfast was and where the restuarant was (I had forgotten). We felt pressured to make a decision to book dinner (we were undecided on check-in). I was very disappointed to find the fridge was not working in our room and to be advised when we called reception that none of the fridges worked and were being replaced. A simple explanation on check-in would have been sufficient or even a little note for guests explaining this with an apology in the room? We were brought ice on request which was hassle free. Apart from those 2 very minor details, our stay was comfortable and pleasant and we will book again.

would book here again
The super beautiful king room was spacious and offered nice amenities like a tv, electric kettle, and a large private bathroom with quality toiletries. The dining experience included a well-prepared dinner, though some dishes felt overpriced. The location was tranquil, and the gardens surrounding the hotel were well-kept and beautiful.
